The application form is an editable pdf. There is no option to autosave your application on this site; you will need to save the application form in your own files to work on it and upload it when you’re ready to submit your application.
If you are having problems with the pdf application form, you may use the Word document version instead. You will need to save it as a pdf when you’re finished before you can upload it to the application portal.

Please note that, in addition to submitting your application through the Forrest Research Foundation application portal, you will also need to submit an application for the Doctor of Philosophy and Research Training Program Scholarship (or equivalent) at whichever Western Australian university you are hoping to complete your PhD. Please check the relevant university’s website for specific detail on their closing dates for applications for the Doctor of Philosophy.

2. A passport style photograph (jpg or png format)The resolution of the photo must be approximately 410 x 530. Photos can be resized using your favourite image editor or one of the many freely available online tools, e.g. picresize.com
Your photograph will only be used for internal purposes if you are selected for an interview.

Applications that do not include a completed application form and mentor/supervisor approval will not be considered.
