Last night, the Foundation welcomed back Forrest Fellow Alumna Dr Julie Ji. Dr Ji presented preliminary findings from the Emotional Mental Imagery in Vaccine Acceptance (EMIVA) study, a WA Child Research Fund funded project investigating modifiable psychological factors predicting vaccination behaviour during and after pregnancy.
After the talk, Dr Ji was joined by experts, Associate Professor Katie Attwell, PhD, Professor Chris Blyth MBBS PhD FRACP FRCPA FAHMS, Catherine Hughes AM and Monique Rose. In which the panel discussed vaccination and antenatal care with a focus on the theoretical and applied implications of the study as well as future research directions.
